The semi-annual "Bellevue Clean Up Day" is this Saturday May 1st, 8.00 a.m - 12.00 p.m. at the Bellevue Center parking lot. Sponsors are the Bellevue Exchange Club and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
Metro Public Works - disposal bins for large appliances, and worn furniture.
All About Computers - bins for old computers.
Nashville Vehicle Inspection Program - car emission testing and license renewals.
Goodwill - clothing, appliances and furniture.
Shred on The Run - dispose of personal papers.
Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital - check child car seats.
Other activities.
Help clean up recent graffiti, remove weeds, and pick up trash around the area.
Help beautify gardens along the major thoroughfares, Red Caboose Park and local schools.
The Bellevue Middle school garden and learning center will receive proceeds from Red Robin Restaurant if you tell the servers "Support Bellevue".
Volunteers at Kroger 70S & 100 will collect non-perishable foods for the Bellevue Food Bank. 9.00 till 11.30 a.m.
So if you are in the area on Saturday and looking for something to do or just want to spring clean your house then this is the event for you :)
