Flower of the week - Green Button Studio

I've been visiting all the blogs at the Bloggers Quilt Festival and am on design and color overload at the moment. Had to give up leaving comments because how many "WOWs" and "fabulouses" and "love it's"  and "great color combinations" can you type in any hourly session !!!!!! I'll get back to it later with my dictionary in tow :)

Any hoo. One that stood out for me was Green Button Studio. Love the simple designs and stitching. Giselle just started blogging in August so I guarantee she is fairly new to a lot of people. She is also fairly new to quilting AND designing and I for one think she is moving along brilliantly.

Giselle - Hancocks of Paducah have the color card in stock $15.00.

Since I could not find the flower I was looking for amongst my own photographs this one comes courtesy of

Oh my gosh... I am so honored! This acknowledgement has renewed my drive to continue growing and learning as a quilter. I'll do my best not to let you down ;)

That was very nice of you to point out greenbuttonstudio. She does do beautiful work! I had to laugh out loud when I was reading your opening statement about niceness overload. That is how I felt on Saturday about going thru the first 70 or so blogs and trying to make comments on each and every blog....I thought maybe when I get a free moment (working nights til Wednesday now) that I would start at the bottom and work my way backwards. It is very fun but definately lets me see just how much of an amateur I am when I thought I was an artist with my quilting. Kinda puts things in prospective. Steph
