If you click on the picture hopefully you will see better what is on the cards. They look much darker in reality.
I took some of my batik that looked a bit treeish, turned it sideways and cut off what I needed. Then I thread sketched a tree on each piece in black and did a single leaf hanging from a branch. I titled them "The First Leaf".
The recipients all like their versions.
