I'm experimenting with different types of batting at the moment to see which ones I really want to use for my applique wall hangings and smalls.I left high loft behind years ago and want to move away from synthetics. For this little project I used Warm & Natural Needled Cotton. I really like it and am also tempted to use it as a backing by itself.

Thanks Debbie. I really like to do applique even though it can be very time consuming.
